Elle reconna\u00eet les impacts de facteurs structurels et historiques qui exposent les peuples autochtones \u00e0 un risque accru de consommation de substances, notamment le colonialisme et les traumatismes interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnels. \u00c0 Ottawa Inner City Health, nous reconnaissons que nous ne sommes pas des sp\u00e9cialistes de ces approches et que notre r\u00f4le consiste plut\u00f4t \u00e0 soutenir et \u00e0 amplifier les voix et les savoirs des peuples autochtones. L\u2019<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnha.ca\/what-we-do\/mental-wellness-and-substance-use\/harm-reduction-and-the-toxic-drug-crisis\/indigenous-harm-reduction\">Autorit\u00e9 sanitaire des Premi\u00e8res Nations<\/a><\/strong> met \u00e0 disposition des ressources, des vid\u00e9os et de l\u2019information pertinentes sur la r\u00e9duction des m\u00e9faits chez les Autochtones.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.espoirpourlemieuxetre.ca\/\">La Ligne d\u2019\u00e9coute d\u2019espoir pour le mieux \u00eatre<\/a><\/strong> est accessible 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou par clavardage en ligne.
