(CST) La Roulotte<\/h4>

<\/i> Les Bergers de l\u2019espoir, 230, rue Murray<\/span><\/a>

\nAvec 14 isoloirs en activit\u00e9 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, et plus de 3 500 visites par mois, la Roulotte est un lieu tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9. La fr\u00e9quence des surdoses, combin\u00e9e aux effets d\u2019un approvisionnement en drogues instable, rend le travail sur ce site \u00e0 la fois exigeant et porteur de sens. Au del\u00e0 de la supervision de la consommation par injection, le service de consommation supervis\u00e9e et de traitement offre des soins de sant\u00e9 primaires, des services en sant\u00e9 mentale ainsi que des traitements en d\u00e9pendance. Les \u00e9quipes de gestion de cas du CST soutiennent la client\u00e8le dans l\u2019identification de ses objectifs et facilitent l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un traitement lorsque cela est souhait\u00e9 ou n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Clinique mobile de sant\u00e9 mentale de TELUS<\/h4>

<\/i> Interventions \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la ville d\u2019Ottawa<\/span>

\nDepuis 2014, le programme Sant\u00e9 pour l\u2019avenir de TELUS contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins de sant\u00e9 pour les personnes marginalis\u00e9es au Canada. Les cliniques de sant\u00e9 mobiles soutenues par le programme constituent une approche mobile et novatrice de la prestation de soins, permettant d\u2019offrir directement dans les communaut\u00e9s des services essentiels, notamment des soins de sant\u00e9 primaires et des services en sant\u00e9 mentale. Le programme est pr\u00e9sent dans 23 villes canadiennes d\u2019un oc\u00e9an \u00e0 l\u2019autre et a permis de r\u00e9aliser plus de 150 000 visites depuis sa cr\u00e9ation. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un engagement de plus de 12 millions de dollars jusqu\u2019en 2025, le programme vise \u00e0 favoriser l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins de sant\u00e9 pour l\u2019ensemble de la population canadienne, ind\u00e9pendamment du statut socio \u00e9conomique. Travail de rue<\/h4>

<\/i> Secteurs du march\u00e9 By et de la Basse Ville, Ottawa<\/span><\/a>

\nDe mai \u00e0 octobre, des \u00e9quipes de deux pairs sillonnent les rues du march\u00e9 By afin d\u2019entrer en contact avec la client\u00e8le et de r\u00e9pondre, dans la mesure du possible, aux besoins importants des personnes vivant dans des campements. L\u2019ajout de v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques l\u2019an dernier a permis d\u2019\u00e9largir consid\u00e9rablement la port\u00e9e des interventions et de rejoindre davantage de personnes.
