Ce soutien comprend une aide en mati\u00e8re de toxicomanie, des soins de sant\u00e9 mentale et un soutien par les pairs. Merivale accueille 56 r\u00e9sidents qui sortent directement d\u2019un refuge. Ce programme offre des services globaux qui r\u00e9pondent aux besoins complexes des r\u00e9sidents, dont bon nombre sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 de multiples difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la consommation de substances, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale et \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 physique. La RTR, comme on l'appelle dans la communaut\u00e9, compte une formidable communaut\u00e9 de r\u00e9sidents qui travaillent ensemble pour se soutenir mutuellement et venir en aide aux personnes dans le besoin au sein de la communaut\u00e9 au sens large.
