aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de cette formidable organisation, et c\u2019est avec honneur et humilit\u00e9 que j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie pour en assumer la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Notre force r\u00e9side dans notre \u00e9quipe de professionnels de la sant\u00e9 et de coll\u00e8gues compatissants et extr\u00eamement d\u00e9vou\u00e9s, qui accueillent les personnes en besoin de soins, font tomber les barri\u00e8res, accompagnent ceux qui traversent des moments difficiles et leur redonnent l\u2019estime de soi et l\u2019espoir indispensables \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et au bien-\u00eatre. <br><br><br>La cl\u00e9 de notre succ\u00e8s r\u00e9side dans nos r\u00e9ponses innovantes \u00e0 un environnement de risques en constante \u00e9volution qui cr\u00e9e de nouveaux obstacles \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 de notre communaut\u00e9.<br><br><br>Ce qui nous distingue, c&#8217;est la collaboration \u00e9troite que nous entretenons avec nos partenaires, avec lesquels nous travaillons en \u00e9troite collaboration pour tirer parti de nos comp\u00e9tences et de notre exp\u00e9rience respectives.<\/p><p>Malgr\u00e9 nos succ\u00e8s, il reste encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire.<br\/><br\/>La sant\u00e9 de notre communaut\u00e9 continue d\u2019\u00eatre affect\u00e9e par les traumatismes non trait\u00e9s, la pauvret\u00e9, le manque de logements s\u00fbrs et abordables, la criminalisation, la stigmatisation et un march\u00e9 de la drogue de plus en plus toxique.<br\/><br\/>Pour r\u00e9pondre v\u00e9ritablement aux besoins de notre communaut\u00e9 et remplir notre mission, nous nous engageons \u00e0 militer en faveur d\u2019un changement des syst\u00e8mes d\u00e9faillants et des politiques sociales inefficaces qui font obstacle \u00e0
