l\u2019Arm\u00e9e du Salut, l\u2019Unit\u00e9 de soins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s pour hommes peut accueillir 30 hommes n\u00e9cessitant un soutien intensif en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 physique, mentale et de toxicomanie. TED offre des traitements et des soins de sant\u00e9 accessibles aux personnes en situation d\u2019itin\u00e9rance qui ont des besoins de sant\u00e9 complexes. Cela comprend des soins infirmiers, des services de sant\u00e9 mentale, une gestion de cas intensive, un soutien par les pairs pour les rendez-vous, des infirmi\u00e8res praticiennes, des services de psychiatrie, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un interniste et un suivi m\u00e9dical. TED est \u00e9galement un service de surveillance 24 heures sur 24 destin\u00e9 aux personnes en situation d\u2019itin\u00e9rance sous l\u2019influence de drogues ou d\u2019alcool, ce qui leur permet de se d\u00e9sintoxiquer en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au sein de la communaut\u00e9 plut\u00f4t qu\u2019aux urgences d\u2019un h\u00f4pital. derniers mois de leur vie. L\u2019\u00e9tendue des services offerts aux r\u00e9sidents de l\u2019hospice est rendue possible gr\u00e2ce au partenariat et au soutien de la Mission d\u2019Ottawa.
