The RPN provides clinical care to clients who have been admitted to the Ottawa Inner City Health Inc. programs by following standard treatment protocols, monitoring patient’s medical conditions and communicating this information to other clinical staff and programs as appropriate. Working within a multidisciplinary team including Harm Reduction Workers and CCWs. Facilitating communication between community partners and clinical staff. Responding appropriately in times of crisis. Full job description will be provided upon request. RPNs are expected to cross train at all locations. Qualifications include: Meets the standards of practice of the College of Nurses of Ontario. Possess a current Registered Practical Nurse, Certificate of Competence.
Work locations include: Merivale Road Supportive Housing Unit, Hospice, TED, Safer Supply & Trailer
